Homestay in South Etobicoke, Toronto

We have 3 bedroom house, in which 1 room is available for homestay. We have previously hosted students from Saudi Arabia, and India.
Our house is located in South Etobicoke(South Toronto) Nearest college is 5 min drive, and the name is Humber college - south campus. The very next educational institutions would be downtown Toronto. From our house it takes approximately 10 minutes drive, and public transit commute will take approximately 30 minutes, some of the schools are: (University of Toronto, Ryerson University, George Brown College, and plenty English study schools. The nearest bus stop is just in front of our house.
Meals are available: breakfast, lunch and dinner, depend of preference.
Internet, TV is available to everyone. Laundry as well is available, located in the basement. Rooms are fully furnished, TV, Bed - new mattress, desk, closet, etc.
